FM 359: FM 1093 to Mason Road, TxDOT Houston
Client:IDCUS prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) & public involvement for the widening of the existing 12-mile,
2-lane roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway with shoulders & left-turn lanes. The project required additional ROW and relocations and included six proposed detention pond sites. There are several water crossings, primarily creeks with USACE jurisdictional waters & wetlands, which require a wetlands delineation report. IDCUS prepared an environmental study to obtain NEPA clearance and permits and approval from resources agencies, including a Nationwide 14 Permit needed to cover impacts to the wetlands areas.
