The project included providing program management services for the $70 million building program. IDCUS provided project management to coordinate the activities of architects, various subconsultants and general contractors. IDCUS provided liaison with other government entities and utility companies to ensure that projects on the campus would be developed on time and within budget, from design through construction. IDCUS provided oversight and review of building architectural designs, structural, MEP, geotech, central plant, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, telecommunications, fire protection, security, and overall building construction, move coordination, and startup operations. Projects included the New Sadler Health Professions and Sciences Complex, the New Dow Event and Conference Center and extensive renovations to the library, main classroom facilities and administrative offices. The project team provided planning and programming, project management, design review, bid award phase services, construction management, FF&E, move coordination, and project close out phase services.
