Mike is a graduate of the University of Texas-El Paso with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. Throughout his 40-year career, he has focused on preliminary engineering & final design/PS&E preparation for urban and rural freeways, highways, and interchange projects throughout Texas. In addition, Mike oversees the preparation of hydrology & hydraulic studies, basic and complex hydraulics, mitigation of drainage impacts, and bridge scour analysis. |
