Sargon is a graduate of University of Houston with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. Throughout his 33-year career, Sargon has gained valuable experience and expertise in the fields of transportation engineering, planning, design, and construction. Much of his experience is in managing large scale urban design projects. Sargon’s experience includes 30 years at TxDOT in project management, PS&E design, and construction for the Houston District. As TxDOT Practice Leader, Sargon is well known throughout the State. He brings valuable relationships and experience coordinating with private and governmental agencies for approvals, permitting and organizing clients’ needs, directing consultants, and meeting project schedules. |
