Ruben Guerrero

Ruben Guerrero holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University (1990). With over 30 years of transportation engineering experience in Texas and California, he specializes in roadway design, drainage, traffic engineering, and public transit facilities. He has led major projects for TxDOT, Caltrans, and the City of San Antonio, providing technical solutions in design, construction, and operations. As Senior Vice President at IDCUS, Ruben oversees financial management, business development, and project growth in the San Antonio and Houston markets, driving expansion into new markets and clients. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he has also held key roles at the City of San Antonio, TxDOT, and Caltrans, managing large-scale infrastructure programs. He is an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Public Works Association (APWA), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
