Jose is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. Jose’s 42-year career has focused on Heavy Highway Construction Engineering & Inspection. This includes 20 years at TxDOT where he was Area Engineer in Galveston, West Harris, and Waller Counties. His projects include construction of major bridges, such as the Galveston Causeway Bridge, Reconstruction of I-45 South, and multiple urban highways and roadways, in both mainland and maritime environments. |
