TxDOT/TTA Loop 1604 Design/Build Widening from SH 16 to FM 471 & SH 151 Interchange, San Antonio, Texas.
Client: TxDOT / Parsons Brinkerhoff, Inc.IDCUS provided engineering services for the Loop 1604 Western Expansion Design/Build project which widened 5 miles of Loop 1604 to a 4-lane, non-toll expressway from SH 16 (Bandera Road) to FM 471 and added grade separated interchanges at Shaenfield, New Guilbeau and Braun Road. Upon environmental clearance, the SH 151 interchange and connection at LP 1604 will be added to the project. The Design/Build Team was led by Williams Brothers Construction Company. IDCUS was a primary subconsultant to Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. IDCUS provided engineering services for the widening of northbound & southbound frontage roads, including traffic control plans, signing and striping, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
