Cambridge Village Water Line Replacement Projects, Houston, TX
Client: City of HoustonThe project included construction management services for areas south of Houston inside Beltway 8 and west of SH 288 bounded by Tidewater Street, West Orem Drive, and Trail Street on the south, near Cambridge Village Park. The project consisted of water line sizes of 8 inches, 12 inches, and 16 inches extending over 38,000 linear feet including service reconnections, fire hydrants, taps, valves, and total restoration. IDCUS documented the Contractor’s activities, quantities, and pay requests. IDCUS provided Construction Inspection reviews and confirmation of the Contractor’s performance with construction documents, city specifications, and also assisted with investigating and resolving field issues.
