He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering and two graduate degrees from University of Houston, Master of Civil Engineering & Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, California, and Virginia. Throughout his 50-year career, his work has focused on major transportation projects, in particular urban freeway reconstruction. His clients include TxDOT, Toll Road Authorities, & Transit Agencies through the State. In addition to roadway transportation facilities, he has managed design of transit projects in Dallas and Houston. His municipal experience includes design of city streets, public utilities, and storm water drainage systems for the City of Houston and surrounding cities. |
